Kratom, also known as Mitragyna Speciosa, is a tropical tree in the coffee family indigenous to Southeast Asia.

We specialize in kratom (mitragyna speciosa) extract, also known as Mitragynine.  This is an alkaloid found in the natural organic kratom leaf.

Kratom is currently federally legal.  However, it is banned in some cities and states.  We do not ship to the following states, cities and counties in the US where Kratom is banned: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, Sarasota County, FL, Union County, MS, San Diego, CA, Jerseyville, IL, Oceanside, CA, and Ontario, OR.

It’s best to research your intended destination and any areas you may pass through before you leave for your trip. Some states have pending legislation that could go into effect before your trip begins. You cannot travel into banned states or cities with Kratom. These (currently) include Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, Sarasota County, FL, Union County, MS, San Diego, CA, Jerseyville, IL, Oceanside, CA, and Ontario, OR.

There are no federal laws against Kratom, so it actually is legal to fly anywhere in the US with Kratom. However, if your destination is somewhere that has banned Kratom, you would be facing legal issues. 

You should always do your own research or consult with an attorney before traveling with Kratom to be on the safe side.

When taken in small doses, Kratom is reported to have stimulant effects, increasing alertness, energy, and sociability. In larger doses, it can have sedative effects, producing a sense of relaxation and calm. 

Kratom is not currently regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the United States and its safety and efficacy have not been extensively studied. It is important to consult with a healthcare provider before taking Kratom or any other dietary supplement.
